When You Give a Kid a Piece of Gum

If you know Jacob at all, you know that he LOVES gum. He is usually really good about either swallowing it or throwing it away (It isn't true what they say, that it takes 7 years to digest. No questions, just know that it doesn't!!) Well, until yesterday, he got gum as a treat or when he was good. He no longer gets it. Because this is what happened.

That is gum that is stuck from the front of his head to the back. We tried peanut butter, which actually works if you have someone that will sit still enough to let you do that. Joe cut his hair to get it out. And this is what he came out with.

Yes, that is a mohawk. He sports it well and is cute no matter what. But it is getting cute tonight. But the poor kid's hair is butched!! He basically doesn't have any! It was bound to happen sooner or later with as much gum as he eats.
