I went to the library and this was one of the books I got Jacob. So my wheels started turning and I remembered something I saw on Homemakeing Fun. It was a cupcake party that corresponded with this book. So that is just what I did. The guys in my family went to a basketball game in Pocatello on Saturday night, so the girls got together and had this fantastic little party. We gathered all the kids in one area and read the book to them. I'm pretty sure Sydney was the only one that really got anything out of it, but it was still fun. After the book reading, we decorated cupcakes. I had previously made them and colored frosting and had sprinkles. They kids (and adults) got to decorate their own cupcake and enjoy their own creation! It was a blast! I highly recommend those books. They are fun to read, and you can do fun, creative stuff with them!
