Michael Buble, Feeling Good!

You know when you just have one of those days? You know what I mean. When nothing seems to go your way. Or when Harry Potter has suddenly become real and you have his invisibility cloack on and you don't seem to matter? It seemed to be one of those days. I tried to get shopping done. And everytime I got in line, it was like I didn't exsist and the person that had already paid and had their bag felt a need to stand there at the only open register and talk to the worker. Awesome. I stood there for probably 5 minutes before she finally moved. What perterbed me was that the worker who was supposed to be doing her job did nothing. She saw me. I know she did. But apparently, I am just a customer. Go figure. Anywho, music makes everything better. The one song that can make my day better is....Michael Buble "Feeling Good" It doesn't matter where I am, what I am doing, who I am with, If this song comes on I feel like dancing and singing!! So then, that got me thinking, what songs make my readers feel good. What gives you that feeling that nothing matters and life is good! A song that you can listen to 1000 times and not get tired of it.

Oh, my goodness Val, a girl after my own heart!! Music has always been the one thing that can make me feel like I am the only one on the whole earth. But, the one song that I can hear over and over is, James Taylor's, Up on the Roof. Don't know, it's just something about it that makes me just want to slow down and rethink life. Sorry you had such a bad day though, you must have been at my least favorite store in town - I won't mention any names . . . but I really have not been there in over a year!! Just because of that same kind of really dreadful customer service. Hope you have a better day tommorow, Love ya, aunt Barb

I LOOOOVE That song! I hope your day gets better. Usually when an employee treats me badly, I ask for a manager, or go home and call a manager. haha, I'm a big complainer when it comes to guest service.

I absolutly hate having those days. It seems like if I do have a day like that it is all over (like while driving, shopping and at work.) I can totally relate though. I think that I was invisible all 3 years of high school. haha.
I have 2 songs that if I listen to them, all of my cares are gone and nothing matters. The first is by Stellastar, My Coco; and the other is by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Zero. I totally crank those songs up and rock out. I love music!!!

It really depends on my mood. But, I would have to say that Colbie Caillat's tunes are the ones I turn to when I am having an off day. In particular, "Midnight Bottle." The song is a little bit about letting the bottle of booze take away the worries of life. I DON'T drink, but this song is my midnight bottle!

I also love Michael Buble, his music is so beautiful!

Another artist I like is Josh Groban. He has multiple songs that lift me. In particular the one with the chorus that goes like this: "Don't give up. Because you are loved." That one is a very good, unhappily going to class song : )

I am so sorry you had a bad day. I hope it didn't contribute to that. I had to listen to Michael Buble's "Feeling Good" after I read your blog. I like it. My favorite songs are many, but as you know, anything Elton John will do nicely.
Love you, Mom

I've seen Michael Buble many times. I really enjoyed the concert. Last year I got a cheap a ticket and I went, I really had a great time there. Recently I got my ticket from Ticketsinventory.com to see it again. So I'll be analyzing as well as enjoying the show.
