Happy Christm...er...Halloween

We woke up to a good couple of inches of snow today.  It is beautiful and I currently love it.  I love snow though, as long as I don't have to drive in it.  I know, wrong place to live if that's the case.  I think we got more snow today than we did all year last year.  Hopefully we will have a snowy winter.  Here's to hoping.  Lucy however, being a puppy had never seen snow before and wasn't a huge fan. She sleeps inside during the night and goes outside during the day.  I went to  take her outside and the hair all down her spine was up and she just sat there sniffing it and refused to go in it.  But once she did, she LOVED it!  Thank goodness!  The bad news...Jacob asked if Santa came last night.  Maybe I should stop telling him that Santa will come when it snows. I need to remember that we are in Idaho and that comes much sooner than most places.
