The Tulip Festival and Statues of Christ

This one is my fault.  I really wanted to go to the tulip festival, so yet again, they appeased me.  However....I thought it was going to be fields of it and be tons and tons of it.  That wasn't the case.  It was more of a 10 mile garden.  Okay, maybe not, but probably 2 miles around.  But when it is 90 degrees outside, it sure seems like a whole lot more!  It was beautiful and the statues totally made it worth it, but if I were to advice for or against it, I would probably say it wasn't worth the $10 to get in.  If you want to see flowers, go to temple square. But here are some gorgeous pictures I snapped.

The line of trees all in bloom.
 My artsy side popping through.

 Noah's Ark

 Such pretty colors!
 A rainbow!
The largest man made water fall west of the Mississippi (or so I've heard) Even the rocks were fake.  Pretty impressive.

Joe pushing Jared.  Jared's back is worse than Joe's if you can believe it!

The statues of Christ.  These were breath taking!

My absolute favorite one!  The detail was amazing.
