My Amazing Husband, Craft Projects, and Gardens, Oh My!

First, and most important. My husband. He was put in 2 weeks ago to be the new Elder's Quorum president. He chose two men that will be great and together the presidency will be unstoppable! Joe is pretty nervous but has already done a ton and done a great job!! I'm so proud of him and all that he is. He also had the opportunity to speak on Sunday in church. He did AWESOME! Several people came up to me afterwards and told me that it was the best meeting they have ever been in and that I chose well! I agree!!
Second, I've done a couple of craft projects, and have several more that I am in the process of finishing that will be posted later. Here are the ones that I have finished.
A wedding present for Joe's cousin that got married this past weekend. Here is where I got the basic idea for the gift.

And a cute little printable that can be found here.

And third... My garden. Ahhh, it feels so good to have one growing again. And I have almost everything up this year. Last year, my cucumbers failed me and I had to go buy plants rather than planting from seeds. And my carrots just didn't come up at all. And my corn, well that's a whole other story. We planted 4 relatively large rows last year and got 4 stalks. That's it. But this year, everything is up and doing well. Including my cucumber and I spotted my 2 rows of carrots!! YAY! And our corn is going crazy! Hooray! I love gardens!

Hi Val!

Congratulations to Joe!! Now, the work starts for you too!

Your projects are so cute - I love the printable! And your garden looks amazing! Mine is coming up, but I think the cold weather keeps making it change it's mind?!

Hugs and Love,
Barb
