It Is Finally Summer!

It is finally here! Summer as Idaho knows it. Jacob ran through the sprinklers on Wednesday when it was like 85 degrees! It took him a bit to warm up to them, but once I ran through with him, he was good to go. Here is how the first real day of summer went down!

Not quite ready. He didn't really understand that he was SUPPOSED to get wet. He didn't want to get his new swimsuit wet. Silly boy.

About an hour later. This is what I remember from my childhood. Hot summer days, Afternoon thunderstorms

About 10 minutes after that. Dang hail almost ruined my garden! This lasted for about 30 minutes. But funny enough, Idaho Falls didn't get hardly anything. Weird!


And then of course, it cleared up for most of the evening and then rained again the rest of the night. Ahhh...summers in Idaho!!
