Our Life Update

It really hasn't been that long since I've posted but a lot seems to have happened! So here is an abbreviated version of our life in October! Enjoy!

~We had our Super Saturday which was awesome. Yummy food, good company, and fun crafts!

~I lost my voice. Right before our program. Awesome.

~We had a Halloween party with the cousin's on my side. It was a blast. We played pin the nose on the pumpkin, ate mummy dogs, and had yummy snacks. If you want the recipe for the mummy dogs, check out my cooking blog.
~We had our ward's primary program. Which meant, my first program ever as a chorister. I was beyond nervous! I have been for weeks! But, like usual, the kids pulled through and did amazing!

~Jacob won't (and by won't, I really mean refuses) to get out of his Halloween costume. He is an elephant and wears it all the time! He even wore it to bed last night. Is that bad on my part?

~He also thought it would be a good idea to cut up my scriptures that were open on the table. I am now missing Hebrews and have large cuts through Zechariah. Lovely.

~It snowed. It's Idaho. But, I'm not going to lie, I am kind of excited about it! Weird? Maybe, but it means change, and I think I need a little change around here!

Well, there is our shortened version of our last week or so. Hope you enjoyed!

I lost my voice too!!! But, I'm not the chorister - are you feeling better? I hope so.

Jacob is so cute! And, I'll bet he is the cutest elephant! Halloween is always a fun time for kids - it's okay to let them sleep in their costume . . . I think he'll grow out of it by the time he's 18... :0) If not, PLEASE TAKE PICTURES!!

Have a happy Halloween!! Love you!
