Does That Make Me A Bad Mother?
It rained all day today. Then the clouds broke and the sun shone. Then it rained again. While we were outside while it was sunny, it started raining on us. Jacob was loving it so much, that I just let him play in it. He was splashing around, laughing, and having such a good time. He refused to get a coat or shoes on. Granted, it was relatively warm outside, but that doesn't make me a bad mom does it? I remember playing out in the rain and puddles when I was younger! I just hope he doesn't get sick. He got so muddy and dirty. You can't really tell from the pictures, but he was a mess! I can't get the one to load where he is out in the rain. But here are the rest.

It's never a bad thing to let your kids play in the rain - unless it's 30 degrees or they are sick! You are a great mom, just letting your little man have a good time outside. The pictures are adorable! Love you
I don't think that makes you a bad mom, he was having a blast and it really wasn't that cold. I am sure he is fine. Looks like he had a good time in the bath. What a funny kid!
Ya...quite the opposite. It makes you the mom that rocks and is willing to put up with a mess for the sake of some childhood fun! Those are great memories!
Well, if you did it when you were a kid, then does that make me a bad mom. I remember having a blast after a rain storm in the gutter. That is what memories are made of and he will remember his fun mommy who let him have a blast. He is so darn cute. Love you all.
well if you are a bad mother, than that makes me a bad mom too!!! cause coop and i went out to the BIG puddle right by your parents lawn and he was literally LAYING down in it by the time he was through after being out there for like an hour!! and no, it wasn't really that warm, but it wasn't freezing... and what's a little cold rain water gonna do??? :) nothin!! and then we went in and took a hot bath and washed his dirty clothes. all the neighbors prob thought i was crazy!! but it was fun, and it made coop so happy... so you are a FUN mom!!
