Conference and Tents

Both of those things really go hand in hand if you think about it. King Benjamin, tents, and conference. Well, Jacob thought we were just watching church on television. Which, really is what we were doing, just in a much bigger scale than church is. He is still a little sick and GRUMPY all weekend. He refused to watch any of it or even sit in the same room as conference. So we made him a tent in his play room and he watched Max and Ruby. He LOVED having his own tent. And it was pretty elaborate. Joe spent a lot of time getting it to stay and hold up. He even rearranged the furniture in there to make it work.

On a note of conference, I can't believe it is already over. It must be something in the air, but almost every single one of those talks made me cry. The music was absolutely amazing. I'm not going to lie, Elder Cook's talk about women was REALLY reassuring and much needed. Anyone else cry their eyes out during Sister Steven's story about Liam, the little boy with cancer? I love listening to these inspired men and women. They always seen to know what I am struggling with or need to hear, something I need to work on, or need some reassuring with! Now to wait for another 6 months!!
This is one of my most favorite talks and most powerful! If you doubt whatsoever in what you read in the Book of Mormon, watch this! It is so powerful and true!

This is also very powerful! Another one of my favorites!
