Today, we went to Jacob's 15 month checkup. Weird. He is growing like a weed and healthy as ever. He is 24.5 pounds and 31.5 inches. That puts him in the 40% for weight and 60% for height. He has had severe dry skin for about a month, so I asked the doctor about it and he said it was excema (I don't have a clue how to spell that) and that a cream will make the inflamation go down. What a trooper. Our little guy is growing up so quick!

I have eczema too. (That's how it's spelled. :)) It's not too bad but don't let him scratch it, if it's itchy. That makes it worse.

There is a store on A street called Lynns and they carry olive oil soap and lotion that is really good for eczema. One of the downsides of moving here from GA is that your skin gets so dry and itchy anyway that is what the dr. told us to use to help with that - it is really the only thing that has helped - I don't know if it would work for Jacob but just thought I would letcha know about it.
